Apartments are disappearing and so are incentives, such as free rent an owners paying the broker fees. It seems things are tightening up. As the vacancy rate is getting lower, prices should go up.

WHAT??? Nov Rental Update from V train!

WHAT? It’s too loud in the V train! Anyway… November is picking up and there are lots of great apartments on the Upper West Side! Price are down so low its ridiculous! Later on that day I found my client an ultra luxury 1 bed in a full service building for $2663! In 2007 a similar one went for $3800!!!
The deals are out now, people. Don’t wait for the market to recover!
